We loved staff and rooms. The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator and a dining area.

Fairly clean hotel in an unbeatable location with excellant views especially at sunset. Easy check-out.

spotless rooms, magnificent location, complimentary breakfast. booked a room with beautiful views. large bed. fast check in and superb service throughout my stay. besides, it had excellent internet, handy to surf the net.

Staff was so helpfull, room was magnificent and we liked secure location. They had a buffet breakfast that included fruit, cookies, meats, eggs and milk. The best sand beach we've seen before now.

Staff were super, so we truly enjoyed our being there. Spacious bedroom, super bed. Its location was beautiful, just next door to the Alamo, the river, the downtown action.

We had a such wonderful stay here. Immensely pleasant staff, humble hotel with a super location. Room was heated, functional and all in all well priced. And really close to - restaurants and river. The music bar in the venue had lots of warm juices and great cocktails throughout the day...

The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was fresh made, everything was nice. Great service here. The hotel was in a busy area, short walk to the river to restaurants as well as restraunts. Popped in Lowcountry for shots before sleep, it was within walking distance of the venue.

the staff were corteous; it was great value for money. daily service was friendly too. not to mention reliable wifi! very central location, just a short walk away from the guenther house.

Breakfast was delicious and we got a great value for money room, it was a peaceful experience. There were Wi-Fi, TV with cable channels and terrace in the room, liked that. Sky bar was lively and spotlessly clean. Early check in and hassle-free check out.

It was fairly clean place, staff were REALLY HAPPY, and I loved my non-smoking room. The outstanding service and the attention to detail were stand outs! I had a very nice stay at this surprisingly quiet hotel.

Modern decor, only average rooms, free breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it. The beds and pillow were wonderfully comfortable. Very kind staff made my stay fantastic and the service was exceptional. Besides, free wifi was acceptable, you can use it throughout the property.

By and large, it was chilled-out base for sightseeing in San Antonio, had much fun.

Rooms are good sized, location is excellant and stuff is helpful. There's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like The Institute of Chili, set within 5 minutes walk or so. This hotel is equal to 3 stars.
